Welcome to Marylebone Waste Management LTD. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Marylebone Waste Management LTD provides waste management services including, but not limited to, house clearances, office clearances, builders and contractors waste collection, garden and green waste collection, single item collections, and bulk bag drop off and collection.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

  • We recommend 24 hours’ notice for all bookings; however, same-day service may be available upon request.

  • Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a charge.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

  • Prices are agreed before work commences; any additional charges for unforeseen extra work will be communicated and agreed in advance.

4. Waste Restrictions

  • We do not collect asbestos, hazardous waste, or any materials prohibited by law.

  • If prohibited waste is discovered during collection, we reserve the right to refuse collection or charge an additional fee for safe disposal.

5. Liability

  • We take all reasonable care during collections and clearances. However, Marylebone Waste Management LTD is not liable for any pre-existing damage or loss to property.

  • We are fully insured and licensed waste carriers (Waste Carrier Number: CBDU454585).

6. Use of Website

  • The content of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

  • Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
